I've had reading glasses since forever, but my eyesight has recently got worse. For me this means new glasses. I spent a good hour yesterday trying on numerous pairs of frames, ranging from Lagerfeld to Celine Dion. I've found that when I'm buying glasses I look for three things;
1. The frames fit and suit the shape of my face. I try to choose a frame that doesn't make my face appear wider or my eyes seem too close together.
2. The colour. I started off by trying on black frames but I soon realized that these were to heavy for my face and settled on Browns and Greys.
3. Whether or not I'll get sick of them. I tried on many frames that at that moment I loved such as the Kate Sylvester Simone Frames in Grey. They looked fabulous but I found myself questioning how long I'd really like them for.
In the end I decided on Kate Sylvester's Truman frame in Brown Eggshell.
